Case Management

Any individual in Skagit or Whatcom County who is HIV positive is eligible for our case management services. See Client Services for more information.

Women's Program

The Women's Program is committed to helping HIV infected women, children and youth gain access to quality services. We provide affected women, children, and families with current information regarding HIV / AIDS, educational services, and social and emotional support. We also provide many educational resources to medical and social service providers. See Women's Program page for more information.

Volunteer Program

Evergreen has a dedicated group of volunteers who

  • Provide office and staff support
  • Participate in planning and carrying out fund raisers and client events and activities
  • Perform direct services for people living with HIV / AIDS

Emergency Financial Assistance

Evergreen responds to individual client needs to help meet health and safety crises through paying for such expenses as rent, utilities, prescriptions, dental assistance, etc.

Community Education and Forums

Evergreen conducts quarterly community education forums and newsletters to keep clients, other HIV/AIDS professionals, and community members up to date on current issues, medical information, and the status of the disease. The agency maintains a regional information hotline (1-800-249-AIDS)and resource libraries so that no one in need of information goes without it. EAF regularly participates in community health fairs and other activities to increase broader community and public awareness. Visit our Links page for links to HIV/AIDS information worldwide.

Outreach and Prevention

Through projects such as "Friend to Friend" and as a partners in the Region III HIV/AIDS prevention task force, Evergreen AIDS Foundation is committed to providing leadership to promote safe behavior and prevention of new HIV infections.
